What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

Streamline processes, introduce new strategies, and enhance team performance

KPI Monitoring

Track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps efficiently

Team Leadership

Lead and support the VIP team in reaching and exceeding monthly targets

Performance Evaluation

Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer practical feedback

Client Engagement

Cultivate strong relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders

Do You Have What It Takes?

Key Qualifications

Fluent in English and native or C1-level proficiency in one of the following languages:

• German 🇩🇪

• 2+ years in a VIP role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Must have experience in IGaming or regular gaming industry and VIP player management

• A results-driven mindset with expertise in achieving targets.

Payment & Perks

Salary

• monthly base salary between 3.200 – 3.800 €

Performance Bonus: monthly performance bonus based on KPIs
