Be the go-to expert on iGaming regulations and VIP player needs, ensuring every interaction is exceptional
Assurance Strategy
Create and implement a winning quality assurance strategy for VIP programs
Team Alignment
Collaborate across teams to align QA processes with bold business objectives
Data Insights
Analyze data and feedback to make impactful, data-driven recommendations

Key Qualifications
Fluent Mastery: Native or C1-level proficiency in German, paired with excellent English skills.
Industry Veteran: 2+ years of proven success in the dynamic iGaming world.
VIP Focused: Hands-on experience in quality assurance, specializing in premium VIP services.
Analytical Prodigy: Exceptional ability to analyze challenges and craft innovative solutions.

Your salary package depends on your experience and location:
Limassol, Cyprus: โฌ28.000 - 32.000 annually
monthly performance bonus
based on KPIs
