Work closely with internal departments to create an exceptional VIP experience.

Monitor client activity to ensure accurate bonus crediting and deliver seamless service.

Note: Fully remote employees must remain based in one specific country—they cannot relocate on a monthly basis.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Key Qualifications

Fluent in English and native or C1-level proficiency in one of the following languages:

• German

• Italian

• Greek

• Polish

• Belgien

• Latvian

• Norwegian

• Finnish

• Czech

• Portuguese (European)

• French

A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in the iGaming industry (a bonus but not required).

Payment & Perks

Salary

Your basic salary package depends on your experience and location:

• Limassol, Cyprus: €32,400 – €42,000 annually

• Panama or Fully Remote: €32,400 - 36,000annually

• Sofia, Bulgaria: €2,700 – €3,000 monthly

Performance Bonus: Earn uncapped bonuses starting in your 3rd month
