Native or at least C1-level proficiency in the language you are applying for and fluency in English.

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

A proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Previous experience in Sportsbook is essential for this role.

Attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Payment & Perks

Salary

Competitive salary packages depending on your experience and location:

• Cyprus (Limassol): Annual base salary between €26,400 – €42,000.

• Bulgaria (Sofia): Monthly salary between €1,500 – €3,000.

• Performance Bonus: Earn a monthly bonus based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Performance Bonuses: Earn uncapped bonuses starting in your third month—sky's the limit!
